Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.

3. Refunds & Chargebacks

Due to the custom and strategic nature of our services:

Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited without prior written communication.

Any disputes must be raised directly with The Malone Agency to allow for resolution.

4. Intellectual Property

All concepts, designs, strategies, and materials remain the property of The Malone Agency until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use final approved deliverables for their intended business purposes.

Preliminary concepts and unused work remain the intellectual property of The Malone Agency.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide timely feedback, approvals, and required materials.

Respect agreed timelines and revision limits.

Acknowledge that delays in feedback may impact delivery schedules.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Malone Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Once work has begun, all payments are non-refundable.

Deposits, retainers, and milestone payments are final.

Cancellations

If a project is canceled by the client after commencement, all completed work to date remains billable.

Any unused future services may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Digital Products (if applicable)

Digital downloads or resources are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed.
